BRW MENU PRICE POINT We are continuing to give participants the ability to tailor their menus and price points to highlight new or existing menu specialties. You have the option to do 2 items instead of 2 courses for breakfast or lunch and 3 items instead of 3 courses for dinner. Restaurant Week menus must range in price from $5 to $50 with increments of $5. It is our hope that this flexibility will prove to be a more successful Restaurant Week for you. With this structure, we are also encouraging consumers to patronize BRW businesses more than once – whether it’s drinks and shared plates with friends or a three-course dinner date. Menu items can include drinks, appetizers, shared plates, entrees, sides or desserts. If selected, we'll waive the $200 sign-up fee. Yes No Beverages Participants must agree to work with BRW 2023 tea, soda, beer, wine and liquor sponsors to offer a variety of drink specials in some capacity. For example, incorporate any add-on wines, cocktail, beer, coffee, tea or soda for an additional cost to your BRW menu or as part of your BRW prix fixe menu.NOTE: Beverages from companies not associated with BRW CANNOT be highlighted on BRW menus.(Required) AGREE Orientation If you have never participated in Birmingham Restaurant Week before, sign up to attend an informational meeting to learn how to craft your BRW menus and be introduced to important, helpful sponsors. Time and date TBD.Promotions Free Food Friday Gift Card Giveaways All participating restaurants, bars and food trucks are required to provide at least one (1) gift card of $20 to $50 for social media promotional giveaways before and during Restaurant Week. Restaurants are encouraged to donate as many cards as possible to get additional promotion. Please mail or drop off gift cards to Style Advertising, 3617 8th Ave. S., Birmingham, AL 35222 three to five business days after registration is completed. Electronic gift cards can be emailed to info@bhamrestaurantweek.com. Gift card winners cannot use the gift cards during BRW. I will provide gift cards and drop them off or mail them to Style Advertising within three to five business days after registration. As such, it is imperative that participating restaurants, bars and food trucks adhere to the BRW promotion standards that reflect excellence in: Level of Service Diversity of Menu Quality of Ingredients Overall Experience As a BRW Participant, you agree to the following: Offer a prix fixe Restaurant Week menu for either breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Agree to print and provide to ALL guests a Restaurant Week menu during the 10-day event. Agree to display Restaurant Week marketing materials as soon as they are made available.
