Savor the taste of summer with these fruity cocktails featuring two of our Birmingham Restaurant Week beverage sponsors: Red Diamond Coffee & Tea and Tito’s Handmade Vodka! Whether you’re entertaining guests or simply looking to cheers it up alone, these cocktails are just what you need to shake things up. The ingredients are the perfect summer blend of fruity but sweet with infusions of both Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Red Diamond Coffee & Tea. Get to mixin’ up these Birmingham Restaurant Week 2021 cocktail connoisseur cocktails.

SPARKLING JOHN DALY
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz of Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 3 ½ oz of Red Diamond Iced Tea
- 2 oz of Sparkling Classic Lemonade Ice
- Lemon wedge to garnish
Directions:
Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake briefly before dumping the contents back into a highball, Collin’s glass or mason jar. Fill the glass with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel. If you’d like a sweeter cocktail then either sweeten your tea ahead of time or feel free to add ½ oz of simple syrup to your cocktail.

FIZZY BLACKBERRY
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz of Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 4 oz of Red Diamond Blackberry Tea
- Black Raspberry Sparkling Ice
- Muddled Blackberries
- Mint and Basil to garnish
Directions:
Place the blackberries and mint into the bottom of a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle them together then add the Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Red Diamond Blackberry Tea in the shaker with ice and briefly shake. Pour the contents into a mason jar, highball or Collin’s glass (or we could just say your preferred glass or vessel) and top with the blackberry sparkling soda water. Garnish with a blackberry and sprig of fresh mint (if you’d like a sweeter cocktail, feel free to add a ½ oz of simple syrup). Enjoy!

CHILTON COUNTY PEACH JOHN DALY
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ oz of Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- ½ oz of Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 1 oz of Lemonade (or ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice)
- 4 oz of Red Diamond Fuzzy Peach Tea
- 2 muddled Peach Slices (optional but recommended)
- Garnish with Rosemary Sprig, Lemon Wheel & Peach Slice
Directions:
In your favorite glass, mix in ½ oz of Rosemary Simple Syrup, 1 oz of Lemonade (or ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice) and 4 oz of Red Diamond Fuzzy Peach Tea. Give that a quick stir. Next, add in 2 muddled Peach Slices (optional but recommended) and stir. Finally, garnish the cocktail with Rosemary Sprig, Lemon Wheel & a Peach Slice!

SUMMER PUNCH
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ oz of Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 5 oz of Red Diamond Mango Infused Green Tea
- ¾ oz of Simple Syrup
- 2 muddled Mango Slices (optional but recommended)
- Garnish with Mint Sprig & Sliced Mango
Directions:
In a glass, mix in 1 ¼ oz of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, 5 oz of Red Diamond Mango Infused Green Tea and ¾ oz of Simple Syrup. Give that a quick stir. Next, add in 2 muddled Mango Slices (optional but recommended)and stir. Finally, garnish the cocktail with Mint Sprig & Sliced Mango.
