PROMOTING BIRMINGHAM'S CULINARY SCENE

Birmingham’s culinary and beverage scene defines our culture and unites our community around the table. Participation during the 10 days of this premier dining-out event is welcomed from locally owned restaurants, cafes, bars and food trucks throughout the greater metro Birmingham area in Jefferson and Shelby Counties. Food and drink lovers with a taste for adventure can enjoy special breakfast, lunch or dinner prix-fixe menus ranging from $5 to $50 per person – making it easy and affordable for everyone to enjoy a taste of Birmingham’s diverse dishes. Participation is welcomed from local restaurants, food trucks, cafes and bars throughout metro Birmingham.

As Birmingham Restaurant Week is in its 14th year, we use our platform and our voice to protect, promote and support local restaurants, create real change around issues of food insecurity and inspire diners to taste all that Birmingham’s thriving culinary scene has to offer.

OUR SECRET SAUCE

EVERYTHING YOU WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT EVERYTHING BRW

BRW began in 2010 to show love for our incredible local food community. And, we’re not alone. We’ve brought together industry leaders who are every bit as dedicated to supporting the people who’s business is feeding our community. That includes the organizations addressing food insecurity in our state. Here’s how we make it all happen.

GIVING BACK

BIRMINGHAM RESTAURANT WEEK DONATES $2,500 TO THE COMMUNITY KITCHENS OF BIRMINGHAM

At Birmingham Restaurant Week (BRW), giving back to the community is at the heart of our mission. It’s at the forefront of everything we do, and it’s another reason why during BRW 2023 Summer Edition, we chose to support local businesses. We wanted to give the people of our community the chance to fall in love with local cuisine! Thanks to our amazing sponsors, participating restaurants, bars and food trucks, BRW is pleased to donate $2,500 to The Community Kitchens of Birmingham to aid in their mission to end hunger.
